Well, on a happy note, my beau wants to give it another chance now that we have recognized some of the communication problems that we have. So after 10 days of feeling miserable, I am in a better mood.
School starts for the kids tomorrow, so it is a great time to set up new routines.
For the month of August, my goals are:
1) log all of my food in WW online -- I have a bad habit of stopping when I go over or eat out and logging is difficult.
2) log at least 10 miles -- walking/running each week I was reading a food blog of someone I met at the Slow Food dinner and it was talking about running and I had a moment of missing it from the training that I did 6 years ago -- maybe it is time to sign up for a fall 5 k and try it out again.
3) Add at least one additional Pilates session a week (my core is weak and my once a week training sessions aren't enough) this could be a group mat class or my 6 practice cards here at home
4) Add an additional strength training session (squats, push ups that sort of thing)
