... and yet, I need to blog.
I have been hugely affected by the heat this past week and my body has been craving pretzels, peanut butter and bread. It led to a temporary 2 lb gain.
Today I decided to up my protein and add a slice of bread to my breakfast - it only cost me 1/2 a fruit - and tonight I have no desire for anything extra.
Like everything else, this too shall pass.
Tomorrow we bring the treadmill back home so I can still get an evening walk daily. I'd rather do 20 minutes on a treadmill than nothing if I can't get my hour walk outdoors.
One day at a time my friends. Soon enough you will be hearing me complain about the cold cold winter again.
**edit: It seems that the peanut butter was calling for the salt and the protein! I am feeling loads better adding the bread and protein to my meal plan!!
***edit: This is working so well - I have no doubts I will maintain 116 this time!
