Now that I am starting to understand the diet stages a little better I think progress will be a little easier. One of my action steps is to use the meal planner, but I don't know if this is really for me. I guess I can always change things around with it. Who knows maybe it will help with the infernal question of 'what's for dinner?' I am still struggling with my 8 servings of water a day. I didn't notice until just the other day the step where you increase by one serving each day. Day 1 = 1 serving, day 2 = 2 servings and so on.. Another thing I noticed is that with exertion I have been sweating like crazy. I never before seemed to sweat at all, which makes me wonder if I was just dehydrated all the time...

*Eat 3 servings of fruit/veggies a day
*Eat 3 servings of complex carbs a day
*Keep a generous supply of fresh produce in the house
