Yesterday was a beautiful day. sunny, dry and in the mid-70's. Late in the day I decided I wanted a Dunkin Donuts coffee. So I went and got it. This time I walked to the shop, got my coffee and walked back home. Since I live on a hill and the shop is at the bottom, the last mile was all up hill. I must admit I was 'inspired' by a retired gentleman who lives near by. One day on my way to work I saw him walking by my house as usual. This time I said good morning and stopped to talk. He is retired and walks every day from roughly 530AM to nearly 8AM. Down the hill to the village, then to the river, and back around up the backside of the hill. I decided that if he could do that 'everyday' I should see if I could walk the hill. I can and so can you. I have lived in the same house for 28 years and had never made that trip before yesterday. Today I turned sixty. What have you left undone? Don't wait til your 60th to find out if you can climb that 'hill' .
