I know that we are supposed to wake up and have breakfast. I know and I think this has merit that by eating a breakfast we increase our weight loss. I believe it.
however, I'm doing something new this week. It worked out some, and I'm going to continue it for a few more days.
What I am doing is this: I eat when I am hungry.
If I wake and I'm not hungry, i'm not eating. I'm not eating just because I am supposed to eat in the morning.
I'm doing this as a way to control my eating. To learn to listen my body!
