    I'm listening! :) Sounds like your are doing great! Swimming sounds great but I just can't get into it. The stretching is worth doing, but I have to force myself to regularly do my 10 minutue morning tape "Stretch for Health". (Based on yoga and recommedation from Edgar Caycee sp?) When I take my time and RELAX and do it at the slow pace they do it with the longer pauses between stretches...omg...my back crackles and snaps (wonderfully) like I was at the chiropractors or something. LOVE IT. I suspect we are all 'hurty up and get it done" types! :)
