Today is a change in the menu and I'm at thehalf way mark
B-1 c papaya
S- 1 peach
L- 1 c fresh raspberries
S- 1 apple
D- Salad

with 2 Tbs homemade dressing (EVOO, lemon juice, salt, herbs, and Bragg's liquid aminos). Topped with 1/2 avocado, diced. Get to add some raw sunflower seed today.
Lots of water

and my vitamins.
Today is my third son's 16th birthday

so I will be cooking. He wants steak & potatoes. Hopefully the smell will satisfy my urge to eat some. It's been easy the past few days, since they had egg salad or tuna sandwiches with a salad bar for dinner.
Yesterday I felt hungry and don't know why, so I just drank more water. I noticed the dryness on my hand (maybe psoriasis) is getting better. It could be because I'm more hydrated or I'm not eating something I may be allergic to. A friend said it looked like a gluten reaction.
