In a bit of funk today, not quite in the mood to workout. I know I really too! Just need to get back into the frame of mind I was in earlier this week, that had me totally motivated to working out and being "healthy".
I need to do hour of cardio and start week 2 of my 5K training.

2:39...I went to the gym...hour of cardio, 40 mins on treadmill and stretching...feeling much better!

    Good job on getting to the gym! I know how hard it can be making yourself exercise when you don't feel like it.

    I think we all have days when we are feeling in a "funk" and it is no fun and hard to push yourself out of! I know you can do it though and it sounds as if you are being very healthy and getting your exercise!! Way to go!! Keep up the great work!!
