Ok, today I got up and went to Water Aerobics.... We did a total Abs workout... over 800 crunches with high cardio mixed in!. Then home and on to work for a bit.... THEN tonight I took the boys and hubby back to the gym. I did another 1/2 hr of a water aerobics class (cardio) and then swam with the family another hour. I logged 3 hrs total in the pool and though I have been "dry" 2 hrs I am still prune fingered LOL!

I have eaten sensibly even with a bit of reduced fat ice cream I did well... I am proud of my choices today and feel good having burned almost double what I have eaten!

Nothing like wearing out a body!
