Ugh and Yeah

I am almost through week four of really working out and watching what I eat. I haven't weighed myself yet (tomorrow morning), but did measure. I have lost four inches in my waist (woo hoo), but gained in my arms and thighs (ugh)! Cardio is going to be my new best friend for the next month! I have slowly increased the amount of workout time I have been doing, but am guessing I need to really up the cardio to burn the calories!

One day at a time, right? right!

    Wow, Way to go! I think it's great that you've got a routine and are staying focused on the fitness and not the scale so much. Good going on increasing your time, too. You are doing it!!

    Thanks girl! It is great, I have a scale obsession, and it is hard to break that habit!!!

    That is great! You should be so proud! I am proud of you. I gained .5 inch on my calves.. I am pretty sure it's muscle.. four inches on your waist is phenomenal!!! CELEBRATE GIRL!!!!!!!
