I'm so proud of myself for getting up and diong this every morning! But I fear Saturday and Sunday. I have to get up early to go to work those days and I can never get myself up earlier to workout and shower.
But then again, I don't have plans for Saturday or Sunday afternoon so at least one of those days I'm hoping to have enough energy after work to get my workout on! If not maybe a nap then workout hehe.
Day 1 I was able to do the Burn Fat Boost Metabolism at night as well
Day 2 My allergies were so bad in the afternoon I went to sleep and never got out of bed. I had to take 2 rounds of allergy meds before they kicked in
Day 3 Although i had origianaly planned to do the No more Trouble Zones that night as well, i thought I hadn't done my pilates DVD in days and like I said i relly need to work on my flexability (I can't stress that enough)
Day 4 The day is about half over and I need to run to the school to get some stuff straightened out, then later tonite getting together with a friend and a long lost step sister (long story) so I doubt I'll be doing any extra exercising tonite.
Day 5 I am hoping that after I do the Shred in the morning I will do my pilates right after since my muscles will be nice and warm then later that night finally do the No More Trouble Zones for the first time.

P.S. Which reminds me just read an article that said make a mini goal of losing just 10% of your body weight, once you lose that go for another 10% according to the new weight. I thought that was interesting and gives me something to really look forward to. So Come On! to losing 17 lbs in the next 2 months!
