Ugh! So close, if I could just lose that .8-1 pound, I'd be at the 10 pounds lost mark, but for some reason it just won't go!
There's really not much more to do but continue trekking along I suppose.

Check your portions and ramp up the exercise if you can. Make sure you're getting plenty of water. I know how frustrating it is, but hang in there you'll do it.
