Holiday Stress

Well, we made it through Christmas. I was actually so busy that I didn't really eat all that much. Unfortunately, what I ate probably wasn't the greatest choices. I did not gain my normal 5 lbs though so I feel pretty good. I think I will have a good week. I am starting to look at my goals from this year and see where I need to improve. I feel this is necessary to keep me on track for next year. I don't think all my goals were realistic this year. I know the main thing I need to work on is exercise. I am going to start by trying for 10 minutes per day for the month of January. I will increase it by a few minutes every month until I am doing the recommended amount. I know that if I really want to lose the weight I need to do this step.

There is a good chance that we may be taking in a baby in the next couple of months and I know that will be a huge change for me. I need to be able to keep up.
