I've been very good with my daytime habits, eating well, stretching when I wake up, doing something active during the day. When the end of the day comes, however, I am vunerable to my old habit of sitting in front of the television and watching a movie. With that habit comes its companion habit: snacking.
It is the end of the day. I am tired. I am relaxed. I lose my willpower.
I have started a painting project in another room. I put a toothbrush in my mouth. I go upstairs to read. Still I find myself wandering back to the television-set-and-snack habit.
Does anyone have some helpful hints for overcoming my nighttime bad habits?
