    Glad to see your pretty face! I was off the wagon for the last week, but I'm back on track now. There will be days where it's tougher than others. We just need to pick up and get back on the right path!

    Girl...I can relate to the depression. For no real known reason, I have been struggling with it too - this morning I woke up and it felt like I have something chaotic and irrational was just wrapped around my skull....it eventually passed, but I fought with it for a good two hours or more....I hate that. It was definitely a "bypass the hard drive" (bypass the brain) morning, but I was having trouble doing that. I guess the fight's on, but we do what we can do and get back up. :)

    Hey T .... So glad you ok. I;m sorry you've been so down. It's soooooooo very hard to pull yourself back up out of that state once your there... but you've just gotta do it... Ya just have to. Remember the excitement you had when you first started this journey! Find some way to get it back. Set new goals. AND DON'T FORGET REWARDS!!!     Well good morning to you! Listen yesterday was the past today is today. You are moving in the right direction today, get out if you can and take a walk and work on just moving. emoticon We all have bad day's but don't let it keep you down. You might want to think about getting a pedometer if you don't already have one. Take a look at my Blog. It's really helping me too keep moving. What ever your program is, stick with it and you will see changes. Little by little, step by step. You are doing great, keep it up!! emoticon emoticon
