It's been over4 years since I joined Spark People, and over 3 years since I hit my goal after losing 95 lbs. I've been maintaining my healthier weight and lifestyle ever since. Sure, I've had my ups and downs, but right now I'm doing better than I have in a while. I'm running 5+ miles three times a week, and I feel and look great. My sister snapped a photo of me today and, when I saw it, my gut first reaction was to say, "Wow, I'm skinny!"

It's nothing I didn't already know from experience, but good to know that it's a scientifically proven fact!
