wow! Down 3.6 pounds in 2 days?!?!

hmmm...a combination of walking 30 mins every day, eating less carbs, and starting a thyroid med for hypothyroidism yesterday has made me drop 3.6 pounds in 2 days!! Yes 2 days!! I know most of this is probably water weight, but I will most definitely take it!!

    Congrats to you! Hopefully you'll level out soon and not lose too much weight too fast. That can be not good, I've heard. But, enjoy for now.
