You are right, if you stick with it you can and WILL do it! It is awesome that you have taken this step. Pat yourself on the back! Think of the gift that you are giving yourself by making the decision to get fit. I am right there with you, I just started and after a couple weeks of eating healthy I already feel a difference in how I feel overall.
the nutrition tracker is your best friend. I totally splurged one night and fed my face with everything I was not supposed to have. I made myself get online and track every bit I had eaten and OUCH. I really saw the damage I could do with too many episodes of that.
