26 Week plan (week 14 update)

I have been somewhat busy as my schedule at work has changed yet again and I am now working 6 am to 2 pm Monday through Friday. I have been juggling my schedule to accomodate all of the things I like to do and want to do. I will be "catching up"on some of my spark people stuff over the next couple of days.

The video blog outlines my overall progress, feeling and how the changing circumstances in my life have not changed my focus to become and stay healthy.

Quickly recapping my 14 weeks, I have lost body fat, built muscle, improved my overall feeling and self esteem and thus far, my plan has been a success. As I said earlier, I will be "catching up" on my logging and this weekend I will do body measurements and add them as well.

    Tim, if I remember right, you are more of a morning workout kind of guy...hope this change in your work schedule hasn't messed with that too much.

    I really like the mention of Cheryl's numbers being good because I have started using my numbers on my lab reports to measure success!
