Haven't blogged in a while

Things are going pretty good. Busy the last few weeks, but mostly fun things. Tomorrow is weigh-in and measurement day...not sure how it will go. I've been losing inches consistently for the last few weeks and last week lost a pound. I went out to eat with some friends tonight...italian...and didn't make the best selection. The good thing is that I ate half and brought the rest home. Then I logged it all into my nutrition tracker and now I am done for the more eating. That's fine! I'll be going to bed very soon any way.

    I find when I eat out and it is Italian is is harder to make those good choices. Great job not wating it all.

    Good for you for eating only half. I have a get healthy diet book that says you can eat anything you want only eat half what you normally would and you can still lose weight. I'm not quite convinced if the plan is sound advice but it would sure be nice to eat anything I wanted. At this point in my own plan I cannot eat sugar as it sets up a terrible craving for more.
