so i decided i wanted to food blog today - tomorrow is my final weigh in for BLC 13 and i just wanted to give it one more heave ho!
so on we go!
First thing this morning I went for my usual hike. I like to go with this particular girl because she is a morning person and it forces me to be up and doing things at a reasonable hour.
On the way home I wanted to get a starbucks - needed one - big unit plan due tomorrow. Been working on it all weekend. Final stretch. So I got a tall cinnamon dulce latte and this new artisan protein platter. I added two crackers beacuse they never give me enough carbs (sorry - i love carbs)
As I was going about my morning procedure, my cat simba decided he wanted to go outside. He is NOT an outside cat and this is the 2nd time he has escaped. Luckily I was right there, and decided to supervise and see what he would do out there. Mostly he just rolled in the grass and I was super anal about being really on top of him. I didn't want him to run away. I'm neurotic about it! But we enjoyed about 10 minutes. It was cool. I might even do it again soon. But we are supposed to be getting a dog in 2 days. I'm not happy about it.
So then I had to go to the library and do errands. But en route I got a little hungry (I have panic hunger - i swear, i really worry about my next meal) So i stopped at the diner and got a garden panini and sweet potato fries. It was kinda gross. I took top off and ate about 3/4 of the rest. I had about 10 fries. Also had a tea with milk and sugar.

As I was running around I had a cherry fruit leather - 45 calories.
Then for dinner I had a yum salad and tzatziki with pita chips. Also had activia blueberry yogurt thing and a fiber one chocolate 90 calorie bar.
The salad was REALLY good. I use this yogurt blue cheese dressing yum. And it had avocado - totally makes a salad! Seriously!
Then my throat was hurting so i had a tea.
But it was still hurting and sometimes i think eating and drinking distracts me from it for awhile. So i had some skim plus and 7 mini caramel rice cakes.
