I am getting ready to go on a 7 day cruise. I was wondering if anyone had suggestions or ideas about how to at least maintain my weight loss during this time? I would love to hear from anyone who has been in this same position.

    Most cruise ships have exercise facilities now. Also I stayed away from the midnight buffet.

    The last cruise I went on I took my pedometer and made it a point to get 10,000 steps no matter what. I watched my food but wasn't totally strict. Didn't lose, didn't gain so, all in all, not a bad thing.
