I am really happy that while I ate more than usual the weekend of the wedding. I had such a great time seeing my family and a great time driving with hubby. And I walked 10,000 steps every day. But this week I have been harvesting and making jam and just taking naps.
I have moved my ticker down one more pound and I seem to be loosing.
So Sometimes taking a break from the grind is helpful.
Now I am going to pick up ( what ever I see that is out of place ) put away, find a place for or toss or donate.
