Whew! All I can say is that I have a lot of improvement to do with this one! My goal with this series is to do "at least" 1 full pull up. I can only do 1/4th or assisted with a chair. Which is fine becz that is still a workout in itself, you are just not pulling all of your weight, just half and with help. The whole workout is basically jumping from diff varieties of pullups and pushups with a few weighted back exercises. I feel good that I can do some pushups ( straight leg ones) thanks to Jillian!!!! But the 2nd set is where I really felt the burn and cld not do a lot of them like the 1st set. So its drop to the knees time. I guess that was my "failure" zone. I do like Tony becz he is funny and that makes the time go for me. At least this segment did not seem long to me.
Then it was Ab RipperX time....OKAY! I am pretty good with the abs stuff from Jillian and before I graduated from the Shred I was doing all of them no problem. Abs is a strong point for me Well evidentedly I have been slacking!
bcz I was not too proud of myself today with those! I am confident that i will get them, but when you go on a hiatus from doing abwork it is like starting over again from a certain point. I did do some but not all and not continously. But I am determined to see a "2 pack" so I WILL GET IT! Hey! Abripper is not done 3X's a week for nothin! But all and all I feel
. On to tom and Plyometrics!!!!!
