I'm SOOOO super proud of myself! In the last week I tried Zumba, Kickboxing, and Spin Class! I've been doing Group Power for a while now, but the cardio classes really intimidated me because I know that I have a long ways to go in my journey to get healthy. But I did it!! I am going to continue taking these classes and challenge myself to improve my stamina. I also am totally psyched to see how many more calories are burnt doing the classes than my just doing the treadmill and eliptical!! YAAAAAAAAYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!
