Okay, so I only need about a half hour of cardio/yoga/weights (though I don't have much to work with there) and I'll have my calories burned.
I also have my dinner (and yes) and dessert-all within my calories/fat/protein/carbs planned for the day. This is a fantastic day 1. LOL
0630 tomorrow morning and it's back to the track-I'm excited :)
