Today I started my Summer Cleanse. I am following Jordan Rubin's: The Maker's Diet for Weight Loss 16 week program. But before I start that I am doing the 10 day cleanse. Since this is a Summer Cleanse it is full of various kinds of fruits and veggies. Oh, and lots of
water. On the menu for today is grapes
grapes. I am also taking a multivitamin for women 50+, Cod Liver Oil to get my Omega 3 and a metabolism booster.
