Summer Cleanse Day 1

Today I started my Summer Cleanse. I am following Jordan Rubin's: The Maker's Diet for Weight Loss 16 week program. But before I start that I am doing the 10 day cleanse. Since this is a Summer Cleanse it is full of various kinds of fruits and veggies. Oh, and lots of emoticon water. On the menu for today is grapes emoticon grapes emoticon and more emoticon grapes. I am also taking a multivitamin for women 50+, Cod Liver Oil to get my Omega 3 and a metabolism booster.
