Last week was great. I completed my entire workout for the week. I'm doing P90X and spinning and other cardio. I did not over do it and I actually felt great. I didn't take a day off, I figure that I can do something everyday even if its only 15 minutes of abs workouts. Yesterday was my 9th day straight of working out. I sometimes get stiff if I miss a day. My 9 year old daughter has join me in my at home workouts and its fun because she pushes me a lot. We both sweat so hard together. LOL
I'm loving the spinning classes so I want to pick it up a notch and add one more day this week. Hopefully I will see some results in my thighs real soon from spinning. LOL I need them to shed a few inches or more. Yesterday and Saturday I did my P90X workouts and abs, it was a killer but I completed them. I'm feeling so good this morning and hope to continue to feel this way forever!!!!
