Stop shaken the wagon!

Well after three weeks of trying to get back on the wagon...I'm on! The question is for how long. I can sit here and say oh no problem I got this under control but reality is this is a day to day journey for me. I thought I had it all under control until my family and I went on vacation and bam...there I was laying flat on my face!
Right now I am doing everything right and I am trying to be really good as far as counting my calories and working out! I even realized that just walking two miles a day is not doing it for me so I added another goaL (ACTUALLY TWO) to do some sort of aerobic exercise four times a week, burning at least 1500 calories a week. (more if I can)
It is not easy, temptations are everywhere and motivation is no where! If they would just stop shaken the wagon I would be alright!
