I stayed the same this week, this is despite being in calorie (&exercise) deficit for the week to the tune of 9,396 cals now I make that 2.68lbs worth of deficit.
That is a daily average deficit (food & exercise) of 1,342 cals, hmmmm maybe I am still under eating, I am very careful to weigh and measure everything I eat and to carefully record calories I burn through exercise.
I am puzzled as to why I didn't lose weight this week
On the plus side this week I did lose 0 .5% fat and a total of 2" so not all bad news
