The past couple weeks I have just been eating badly and not paying attention to the amount of food I'm eating. I have gained back a couple pounds. Tomorrow morning it's back on the wagon and back to tracking again.
I don't even know why I'm doing it. Maybe not getting much sleep--have had insomnia lately and then too tired to work out--no energy. Making poor choices during the heatwave here by eating ice cream a couple times a day.
Going to plan my food for tomorrow and then tomorrow plan the rest of the week. I can do this.
