counting down the days

Hi sparkpeople if you know me you know that last year I lost 65lbs and was in the best shape of my life when I found out that I was pregnant... It was a huge surprise because I had an IUD and pregnancy with that type of birthcontrol is rare and can be very dangerous for the baby. I found out that everything was fine, my doctor said that the IUD must have fallen out as a result of such dramatic weight loss (lol) but that the pregnancy would not be affected. Now I am a little under two weeks from my c-section date and expecting my first boy, I am so happy for this little miricle I honestly did not expect to have any more children at all and if i did I was shure it would be a girl. My pregnancy has gone really well except for the fact that I have gained about 45lbs instead of the recomended 20-35. This last month is so uncomfortable but I am looking forward to working out again and getting back in shape. I tried to walk my regular two miles everyday but by about the seventh month I would get about a quarter mile and start walking hunched over in pain with stomach cramps so I decided it would be best to give that up too. but that road calls to me I had trained my self to deal with my fustration and anxiety by jogging and now that I cant even walk it I feel kind of trapped in my own head.

me about to go to my first prenatel appt I was 6 weeks

me yesterday 37weeks
