20 days in and I've done some form of exercise on 19 of them (I had to take a day off after whitewater rafting - my thighs were screaming!). The gym is going well; I'm starting to increase the amount on my weights, I can do 2 miles on the bike comfortably, and the elliptical is my new BFF. The best part is my boyfriend signed up for a half marathon in the fall, so now he's trying to eat better and exercise more as well (FINALLY!).
About 1 1/2 months before school starts again... goooooo momentum!
