What a night

I'll start by saying I am frightened of storms. Loud thunder and bright lightening
make me a little "crazy". That being said, yesterday afternoon going into last night and wee hours of the morning we had STORMS. More coming today and tonight and tomorrow. I did well with my eating yesterday, although I was under my calorie count...........just couldn't eat. Now today I'm going have to muster up some strength to make good choices...........very tired this AM and when I'm tired I just do than think...........will work on thinking before doing (eating). I will make something positive of this some how.................I hope.

    Eating mindfully is a very good plan for today.

I tend to under eat as well and notice that I definitely have more energy on those days that I am eating with in my calorie range.

Of course the stress of the storms passing through takes it share of you energy as well. But the storms will pass, you will learn more about yourself today and you will be stronger as a result.

    Good Morning...I started to do a lot more exercising. Jump rope and use a kettle bell. I don't seem to be as tired as before. maybe it's because I'm getting my heart rate up and my heart is getting stronger...Just a thought...

    Know how you feel. I usually come in under calories count every day and when usually feel tired. With the heat I have no desire to eat.

Just take it one day at a time
