Great Healthy Flavored Water Idea!!

Thursday, July 22, 2010

One thing I learned on my trip to Florida, was to make icy cold fruit flavored water. It is great!! You simply layer your choice of fruit and ice to the top of your dispenser similar to what you see above. Then add cold water. Keep in fridge for two days adding more cold water as needed, or if you are having a party, you can leave it out on the table for a few hours.

Here are a few ideas:
1) Sliced lemon and lime slices
2) Sliced orange and strawberry slices
3) Sliced peaches and blueberries

I hope you all enjoy this great idea like we have!!

Great idea! I recently bought a pitcher for me and fill it up with my 8 glasses of water for the day. Then I drink it all day long. This way I keep track of what I drink. I will have to experiment with different flavors. God bless you. emoticon

Looks refreshing. I will try it, but I have always prefered my water plain. This may help encourage Summer to drink more water. Thanks for sharing. emoticon
