As a SPARKER, we are all encouraged to drink more water every day. This primary personal goal not only helps us in our weight loss efforts, but it makes us feel better in so many ways, too.

Not only is it important to increase your H2O, but did you know the TIME of the day you drink water also has health benefits? I received the following email recently and found it interesting. Thought I'd share it with you:

Drinking water at the correct time maximizes its effectiveness on the Human Body:

2 glasses of water after waking up - helps activate internal organs

1 glass of water 30 minutes before a meal - helps digestion

1 glass of water before taking a bath - helps lower blood pressure

1 glass of water before going to bed - avoids stroke or heart attack

    That is really interesting, I've never heard that it makes any difference when you drink it but it does make sense. Thanks for sharing with us and good luck on your weight loss journey.
