The weight loss plan with Hubs is moving along nicely. I've lost a total of four pounds in the last three weeks. I will admit that I'm a little disappointed that the scale hasn't dropped more quickly, but I'd rather have my body get used to the weight loss and my new eating habits instead of losing the weight and then just gaining it all back again. And I'm trying to stay positive about the fact that my weight hasn't fluctuated between my starting weight and where I am now.
I have noticed that I don't feel as good as I do when I'm eating more healthy meals. Soda now makes me jittery and almost sick. Since I don't cook with salt a lot of foods are tasting more salty or too sweet. Guess these are steps in the right direction.
