No sleeping or fidgeting problems.

Decided to get this done BEFORE the men get home tonight - no hiding in the bedroom this time!

Thurs 22nd July 4pm
What can I say, such a difference today, I could have done more cardio - my stamina has improved so much, no unreasonable breathlessness! My legs are coping better too. However, the arms are struggling now with those side lunges n dumbell arms - ouch, really was using the breathing techniques to get through it this time - but I didn't stop!

Did/does anybody else find it hard to bounce up from the floor exercise straight into the standing ones - I need more time to get up from the floor LOL!!!

Oh well, all done, didn't even need to wipe my forehead this time, it dried first, but of course that doesn't mean I won't shower - would hate to think you lot out there were saying "uurrrrggghh" LOL!

Just off to take the dog for her walk in 30 mins so need to get cracking!

    Floor to upright/standing?=pain!
I get such a stiff back! I can jog for 15 minutes and then down for 20 push ups, no problem, then to get back up = pain!
The thing is I do this 5 times every day that equals 5x pain!
Keep going though Mandy, it's all good and all for the right reasons!
Enjoy that walk with your beautiful hound!
