    You are so right about the gentle exercise when you are hurting.

    ANY med my Dr' recommends I research and research and research! And question them on all of it. I'm a pain the butt , no doubt, but I think you are the only one who knows YOUR body!

    Can I tell you what worked for me on the sleep issue? Along with melatonin. Dont know if you've ever tried transcendental meditation and I don't know a lot about it, (other then some church folk I know are terrified of it?) I've read up online on it and what I'm doing works really well to 'turn off' my mind let me relax enough to sleep. I may have it all wrong with the way to do it, but it's working, so that is good enough for me! I used to be able to basically hypnotize myself into going to sleep by visualizing kind of like a thermomator in my brain and with each inhale it went up a bit, but with each exhale it went down a bit more then the up. I tell myself that when it gets to a certain point on the 'thermomator' that I will be asleep. The trick is....everytime my mind wanders and I start to think about something else, I have to start it over 'at the top'. I think basically it's trained my brain to stop the incessant thinking. (I think the buddists call it "monkey brain'...the way our brains never get a break and just go from one internal thought to the next). You are supposed to do the TM 2x a day for 20 minutes but I save it for nightime because I WILL fall alseep doing it. haha

    I think we have all been on the roller coaster weightloss ride before. You seem to be consistent with staying on SP, Just blog all the calories as I believe it will help.

    Try to clear your mind at night and get a good night sleep.

    Sorry I didn't comment sooner, my sister texted me this morning and wanted to go out to michaels together... (craft store) and it turned into a whole day adventure. You seemed down in this video.. I hope you get some proper rest soon!! The up and down and up and down has got to get on your nerves!!

    I bought two pretty yarns, and I will show you on my vlog tomorrow.. I was able to exercise today, but I didn't get in my full hour.. I plan on getting it in tomorrow tho.

    Sorry you aren't sleeping straight through - maybe your doc can help figure it out. Great job with water only and good luck with your goals!

    Hope your doctor can get to the bottom of why you're not sleeping through the night. Hope you make that appointment soon so you can start getting the sleep you need to feel right!!

    Sweetie what are you fretting about? Get to the bottom of that and deal with it.

    Also, are you eating whole foods or quasi food stuffs? Your body needs quality food for it to function properly.
