I have been in remission from breast cancer for about two months now. Since then, I have been working out almost on a daily basis. Walking, core rhythms, tae bo, the eliptical, biking, and turbo jam. I have changed my eating habits, incorporating more fruits and veggies and less fat. The scale hasn't moved, but my clothes are looser, and I look slimmer! There is life after cancer, and I am grateful for every day!
