Something I do at yoga, but I should do in life!

I think you're definitely right about keeping your intention throughout the day and keeping calm and focused. I feel so calm after yoga and feel so concentrated and ready for the day. But it's important as you say to try to bring that calmness into your everyday tasks too. I think meditating has also had that effect on me.

I meditated a lot when I was in Vienna and I loved it because I felt so focused afterwards. It helped me with food as well because when I overeat it's mostly because I am not being conscious of what I am eating and taking the time to think. I strongly believe that in some situations, our main problem which causes stress is the fact that we forget to think. So if you're in a stressful situation, you might just be stressed and not THINKING, you know what I mean?

Your words are wise and you're right about how useful setting an intention for the day is. I think I will make that my challenge of the week - setting myself a challenge to stay calm. With my family sometimes I find it very hard when we have discussions to remain calm. That is a goal for life, you're really right.

Thanks for saying what you did about travelling. It's not worth worrying and worrying about food intake and keeping to a schedule. I have to realise that sometimes it will change but I'm in no hurry! I'm so excited for Septmeber when I'll be back in London and at a gym.

I'm really thinking about you, stay positive my wise friend :-)
