I finally lost...a pound! I know, it's not much but its a start! After months of telling myself I was going to start losing, I finally stayed within my recommended calories-something that for some reason I just coudn't do before. I'd start off strong, but be so starving by dinner time that I'd eat everything in sight. I can finally say that I've found what works for me, and I'm excited to start seeing some results.
