Not quite the hungry I am speaking of but it is lunch time. lol I some times can be so focused on my goal that I can some times over do it. Well I've learned from my past mistake to balance my workouts over days & not just do it all in ONE day. lol I once again have that hunger to get up pray, listen to Joyce Meyers, do a light or kick my behind workout. Rest. Then start over again the next morning. If I go light, yoga & light weights, then in the evening I might go hard with step aerobics or heavier weights. The first thing I must do is listen to my body. I don't feel like it every day but when I do: BAM! Its on like Donkey Kong! lol So my question today is are you really hungry?
Today, I did 30mins of Gilad's Total Body, 40mins of Muscle Endurance, did a few minutes of belly dance with Aubre, 60mins of walking & later tonight 30mins of kickboxing with Tommy D. Oh & let me not forget my Quick Fire Challenge 5-10mins. Burn Baby Burn! WOOHOO!
