A BLOG WIDE SHUT: ONLY my REAL Friends may read this…

Tuesday, July 20, 2010

Dear Friends and Family,

I realize it may feel somehow awkward for a first -and long long time overdue- blog, but to tell the naked truth, right now I am not thinking, I am just and purely acting NOW, explanations can wait.

A really dear close, across the street neighbor, lady friend of the family and mine, full of joy of life, laughter and vibrancy, died completely unexpectedly some minutes ago. I am shocked speechless and DEVASTATED. I have to run for support.

PLEASE think of something positive for me and for Mary, now in the hands of the angels or better in Champs-Élysées enjoying Her After Life even better than this one.
I am SURE about it. I know.

Thinking of you doing that, will give me the personal strength much needed for the difficult days ahead. I may be temporarily missing but my thoughts are with you friends.

Thank you all.
Indebted.

Andreas, a liquid presently as harsh, blue and cold as ice. Death to blame.

God bless you and your dear friend, Mary. How traumatizing an experience this must be for you. I am very sorry for your loss. I too believe in the afterlife, and I'm so glad you can take comfort in knowing that she's gone on, but you'll be seeing her again. You're such a great writer that I really think you should be writing more about things, either in a journal(there's one here), or in blogs(here or elsewhere), to help you with this. Of course, you'll get more support from people if you write here, because a lot of people already know you. That might be the best thing for you. Also, here's an interesting website, George Anderson is a medium that helps people know that their loved ones are always nearby,
http://georgeanderson.com/ Maybe you would like to read the stories there, sometimes it helps to read about other people's experiences. I know it really helps me. He's on facebook as well, so you might like to check out that link. He really gets back to people that write him there. I haven't really found any other websites dealing with loss that I like so far. If you know of any great ones, please tell me, okay? I like to read books too, about that. I should actually do that more. When my grandfather died, I turned to books. That was about ten years ago. Now, I'm using the internet to get over my loss. Books are calming though, no harsh light, all quiet. Take care, Andreas.

Our prayers are with you. What a tragic event that is so hard to come to grips with - there is so much pain associated with loosing someone close to us. A sudden deathe makes it even harder. May the pain of the loss of your sweet friend become less agonizing with time and may only the happy memories be remembere as time passes.

My deepestsympathies, Andreas

Andreas, your friend was truly blessed to have had the love and support of someone like you. She was one of the lucky ones who could say she had a dear friend, someone who truly cared. I'm sure she knew this and felt as great joy knowing this as you feel great sadness at losing a true friend.

My dear friend.... I am saddened by your loss. I know for you to call someone friend means they were much more than the word's definition.

Death is a terrible, enevatable part of all our lives. Take time to cherish the things your dear friend added to your life. The impact she has on you even beyond the final curtain. Those moments, those small reactions of your friend are the things that no one and nothing can take away from you.

Honor her with your memory, with the betterment of yourself through your experience with her.

Honor her and you know she deserves.

You are strong my friend, you carry a fortitude that is not easily diminished. So chin up. Take some time to remember. I would have preferred your first blog to be happier moments and time.

My prayers are with you. I pray for your peace and comfort this day. I know that you are grieving and mourning but God is a great comfort in these times. He knows your pain and wants to make you feel loved and cared for. Cast all of your burdens, woes, and grief on HIM because he cares for you. I now ask the God of the ages to shower down blessings on you and your family and to let you know that he is with you during this time.
