majorly stressing

Ok my food is healthy i have been able to do a little exercising and I have lost some weight, but I am having other issues. I don't really want to get into all that here but i have relationship and financial issues and really do not know what to do. The sad thing is that I cant tell anybody what is going on. The other party has a decision to make before i can do anything or say anything. It is driving me mad to not be able to talk to anyone. I do feel some better by writing this

    Glad you can get some of it out somehow, sounds like a sticky situation. Just try to keep as positive as you can, I know stress-time often translates to sweets-time for me!

    Blogging has always helped me. Getting everything written down and my thoughts organized instead of jumbled around in my head always makes me feel better.

If you don't feel comfortable publicly blogging on this site, maybe you could try just typing something up on your desktop/on a private online journal. Even just getting it out there, even if no one else can see it, might help.

    I know it's easier said than done but keep your head up. Sometimes just having a way to vent makes all the difference. I hope things work out for you and if you need someone to vent to, please message me. Good luck emoticon
