What has worked for you to firm your ab area?

I do floor exercises about twice a week and DVDs for abs also. I can tell just a very small difference. In a store today, I looked for Turbo Jam for Abs, but they didn't have it. Wednesday, I will in another store that might have it.

Have any of you used that DVD before? I just wondered before I bought it.

Thanks for any suggestions.

I don't have the money to join a gym so DVDs are my friend. emoticon
I get bored and rotate, but I've used Tae Bo (several different ones that I got from the library, but mostly the 3 Boot Camp DVDs that I own), Abs of Steel, and Denise Austin's Power Yoga Plus (Pilates & yoga).
I won't be doing a music video anytime soon, but I definitely have a lot of definition in my abs.
    Good luck & have fun!

Check out some of Ellen Barrett's DVD's. They have really helped me along. I love all of them. (fat burning fusion, slim sculpt, fusion flow.....etc) I have also tried some belly dancing DVD's. I am really seeing the definition in my hips and abs.

Exercising in front of others is difficult to me. The only time that I did it was on a cruise ship. I didn't know anyone in the fitness room.

I much prefer the DVD's, treadmill or walking outside.

I have never used the DVD's. I just go to the gym and do the exercises here on Spark at home.

DVDS don't work for me. I do have the WII and that has some great fun exercises. emoticon
