I haven't blogged in a long time, but here goes.
This morning I woke up with an awful headache and was feeling very "slow" (no energy). I made it to work and I didn't feel like doing my workout, but I have a rule. The one Sparkguy recommends - the 10 Minute Rule.
I started my workout determined to get in at least 10 minutes. The more I did, the better I felt. Before I knew it, I had that familiar spring in my step and really enjoying my music! I got a 20 minute workout completed and will hit the pool this evening.
10 minutes - just commit to exercising for 10 minutes and I can just about guarantee that you will do more. And you will feel great!
