I have been walking up and down the stairs when I can.
I notice that it is helping and I'm trying to add it more to my workout.
I'm glad that I'm able to keep on moving to get this weight off.
This weekend was great because I home cooked me two dinners and staying on track with everything.
I hope everybody had a fabulous weekend.
Let's get this weight off.
