Stairs

I have been walking up and down the stairs when I can.

I notice that it is helping and I'm trying to add it more to my workout.

I'm glad that I'm able to keep on moving to get this weight off.

This weekend was great because I home cooked me two dinners and staying on track with everything.

I hope everybody had a fabulous weekend.

Let's get this weight off. emoticon

    I trick myself into burning more calories like i park in the last parking spot at the grocery store and i also take the stairs. emoticon

    Way to go on adding extra steps where you can. Climbing steps really works for me too. Keep staying on track and you will see everything coming together and the weight on its way out!!!
