Starting 2nd week of P90x

I made it through the first week of P90x! I didn't know if I would be able to do it but I proved to myself that I can. Now, I wasn't able to do EVERYTHING they did but I did what I could and I know if I keep doing it I will eventually be able to do all of it. I did Kenpo today and it's my favorite. I was able to do the whole hour and all the reps. I was sweating like crazy but it felt really good. Kenpo is a type of martial arts. Lots of punching and kicking. It reminded me of Turbo Jam and I like that too. Starting week 2 tomorrow.
I made a zucchini lasagna today! I sliced a large zucchini into a few thin rounds, laid them in a small pan, brushed oil on them and baked them in the oven until they got a little soft. Then I browned ground beef with some garlic and salsa and covered the zucchini with it. I topped it off with cheddar cheese, riccota cheese and parmesan cheese and baked it until the cheese melted. It was delicious! Next time I plan to slice the zucchini in long strips instead of rounds and layer it. I was just trying to throw something together and that's what I came up with. The leftovers will make a yummy lunch tomorrow.
So Sparkfriends...it seems, for now anyway, I am in my zone and staying true to myself. I know consistency equals success but I'm taking one day at a time.
Has anyone heard of the Reverse Diet and if so, any opinions? It's when you reverse breakfast and dinner, eating your biggest meal first and then a large/medium lunch with a small dinner. A lady from Pittsburgh supposedly lost 172 lbs in 9 months and wrote a book on it. I never seem hungry enough to eat a large meal in the morning but maybe it's something you get used to.
Have a great Monday Sparkers!
