Day 114 Fat Loss Diary ...
Woke up this morning feeling great again
I had a really healthy breakfast had coffee popped in P90X Chest, Shoulder and Biceps with Cathe's Core Max program 1 today
man was that tuff!! Felt the burn on both workouts! AWESOME stuff! Ate really great today!! Man does this working out "BRING IT" style and eating really clean work BIG time!! I LOVE what is happening to my body its FANTASTIC!! I would really like to be a size 6 ( I am a size 9 now)for my nieces wedding in October, the whole family is getting together and I haven't seen some of these relatives in years so it would be AWESOME!! lol and I think that is going to happen
I was a little stiff from yesterdays power walk with those shape up shoes which in my book for just walking that was awesome!
Walking at a brisk pace (a 15 minute mile, or 4 mph) burns almost as many calories as jogging for the same distance, which may be too strenuous for some.
